Boy racer Luke Fleming, 22, sped off on July 5 last year as police pulled in a group of motor cyclists he was travelling with at the Gartarry roundabout near Clackmannan.  HAPPY TIMES: Kevin Kippen A MUCH-LOVED young Sauchie man killed in a Fife car crash on Sunday night (June 6) has been described as an “angel” by friends and family. Former Lornshill Academy pupil Kevin Kippen, 21, died after his white BMW hit a Land Rover on Halbeath Road, Dunfermline shortly after 10pm.
